It has been my great pleasure to work with the team at Plasticap.

In every business there is risk and reward and sometimes it is hard to justify the risk but we always found a way. Since taking the position of GM in 2007 I have watched more than a dozen employees complete their careers’ at Plasticap and transition successfully into retirement. Many of whom spent 30 plus years here.

With each retirement a new person was added and as sales increased so did the overall number of employees. It is most satisfying to contribute to growth and development of new employees as much as it is gratifying to know that we provide a work place where people want to stay and enjoy their jobs.

We will continue to grow and expand our business and we are taking every step to ensure the future of our company and of the manufacturing community here in North America. We believe a strong economy depends on being able to do the basics for yourself. Make your own products, grow your own food and export those goods to others. We’ve been here manufacturing caps and closure for over half a century and we intend to continue on that path for many years to come.
